Transportation

We have a lot of information to pass along,i will start with the pickups first.Wed.June 25th we have a 29 passenger bus to pick up 19 people at the Toronto Pearson airport at 12:45pm and to be taken to the Hampton Inn East Aurora you will be met by Mary Mc Cafferty, Maureen Mc Caffertyand myself.I will stay at the airport and greet the group of four coming in at 3:05 and drive them back by car.The Woods group will be arriving on Air Canada flight #895 and the Ann-Marie, Margaret Galvin with Aoife and Orlaith Renolds will be on British Airways Flight #BA0093.Karen McCafferty has told me that the British Airways flight might change it will not be a problem just keep us posted.The O,Connor party of 5 will be picked up in Buffalo at 2:25 by Tim Clark, i do not have the flight # in front of me but we do have it .
Thursday June 26 th the McKenna,Gannon, Galvin,MacSweeney group will be picked up at the Buffalo Airport @3:15 by Mike McCafferty Jr.Flight#6199 Freedom Airlines.
James and Maureen Galvin will be picked up at the Toronto Pearson Airport @6:00 pm on British Airways flight #ba99 by myself and Sean.
Richard and Fran you will be picked up at the Buffalo Bus Station by my son Craig and my daughter Nicole @6:20pm
That should cover all the arrivials except for Joe Galvin but i don,t have that information yet but there won't be a problem.
Please let me know if anything changes so we can adjust or plans.
We have also secured transportation for our trips to the Basilica and the Falls on friday and our trip to the horse farm and the Crag BurnCountry Club for dinner on Saturday , proper attire is required( no jeans on denim of any kind ,Sunday best) ,i will be posting a more detailed itenerary later this week.We have two babysitters lined up for saturday nite .
