Joe Galvin has been named Kerryman of the Year by the Kerry Club of San Francisco.The event will be February 9, its about time we have know it for years. Congratulations Joe, fair play to you.Make sure we get pictures for the blog

Whats New

I can't belive it's been a month since i last posted but it has and i don't have a lot to report .The buffalo branch has had a meeting about the upcoming reunion and are getting very excited about it all.We are almost done with a questionnaire and will be sending it out very soon(when will you be coming in ? where? etc.)you get the idea.

Sean,Kathy and Jacquie are the son and daughters of Buz and Alice(Shorten) O'Leary and the grandson and granddaughters of Gus and Nora (Galvin) Shorten.

Maureen Galvin is the wife of James Galvin and if you don't know who James is you probably should not be reading this.

I hear that Johnny Galvin is doing well think of him in your prayers and if your not praying you should be.

Ok lets start out with a birthday i missed Kathleen Dillon's (Galvin) birthday was on 11/23 i got this one a little late,i'm sorry Kathleen i hope you had a great day.

Now Pappy Dillons b-day seems to have a little mystery to it as to the exact date but i am told he celebrates it on 1/1

John McLaughlin b-day is 1/14 Jonh is Carol Clarks husband Carol is the daughter of Bob and Betty Clark (Weir) and the grand daughter of Tom and Molly(Galvin) Weir.

CeCe Russo b-day is 1/23 Ce Ce is Tim Clarks significate other Tim is the son of Bob and Betty Clark (Weir) and the grandson of Tom and Molly(Galvin) Weir.

Happy New Year !!

Happy New Year to all may this find everybody well, i hope you all had a Merry Christmas.There hasn't been much to post and with the holidays and all,but now it's back to business.The reunion is only a little over six months away and we (the buffalo branch)have been working on a few things and will be sending out a list of questions shortly to help us plan the event,ex. who would like to go to the falls who needs transportation etc.I will be posting that information here and sending it to you e-mail address.thats it for now
